At Diceroller, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
